Information about the strictly necessary cookies and technologies used by GR Safeguarding.
GR Safeguarding deliberately keeps its current setup simple. The present version of the website does not install analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website or connected service can store in your browser to remember information needed during a session or enable specific functions.
2. Cookies currently used
GR Safeguarding's public pages do not intentionally use optional analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare infrastructure and security services may, however, use technical cookies when required to protect and operate the site.
Investor Room
The Investor Room uses Cloudflare Access. After authentication by email and one-time code, Cloudflare uses the technical CF_Authorization cookie to confirm that your session is authenticated and authorised. The application session is currently configured to last up to 24 hours.
Cloudflare states that the Access cookies required for this function are not used for tracking or analytics.
3. Why there is no cookie banner
In the current configuration we do not use optional cookies that require visitors to make a marketing or analytics choice. We therefore do not display an unnecessary “Accept/Reject” banner.
If analytics, advertising, embedded content or other non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent controls will be implemented before those technologies are enabled.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain functions from working; in particular, you may be unable to maintain an authenticated Investor Room session.
