Solutions that put safeguarding into practice

GR Safeguarding

GR Safeguarding works with federations, leagues, clubs, academies and sports programmes to design and implement safeguarding systems adapted to their reality.

It is not enough to have a policy. Organisations need to know how to prevent, how to act, who should intervene and how to evaluate whether the system works.

Institutional assessment

Understand where you are before deciding what to do.

We review the organisation’s structure, existing policies, roles and responsibilities, reporting channels and the main risks present in day-to-day sport.

Policies, protocols and response pathways

Turn principles into clear procedures.

We design or adapt policies, codes of conduct, protocols and response pathways so people know what to do when a concern or risk arises.

Role-based training

Different roles need different knowledge.

Training is adapted to the responsibilities of leaders, coaches, staff, support professionals, families and athletes.

Implementation and ongoing support

Make the system work in everyday practice.

We support the rollout of policies and protocols so they do not remain documents. We help define designated leads, organise procedures and communicate the system across the organisation.

Evaluation and continuous improvement

Know whether the system is actually working.

We assess implementation, protocol use, training completion and the areas that still need to be strengthened.

GR Safe Sport

Technology to support the first decision.

GR Safe Sport is conceived as the technology layer of the institutional system: a digital tool in development that helps interpret situations, access the relevant protocol and find the appropriate guidance or reporting channel.

Multi-sport

A system adaptable across sports

Each organisation can implement the full system or begin with the areas that need strengthening first.
