COLLABORATION PROGRAMME · GR SAFE SPORT
OPEN TO COLLABORATION

A safer sporting future is built together.

Protecting children and young people should not depend on a club’s size or competitive level. We invite sports organisations to make preventive safeguarding guidance more accessible to those who need it.

AN INVITATION TO TAKE PART

We are not collecting logos. We are building meaningful connections.

GR Safe Sport Partners invites clubs, academies, federations and organisations to explore, assess and share a free safeguarding guidance tool. Every collaboration starts by listening to those working with young athletes.

01 /

Across every sport.

From first participation to elite youth development. Safeguarding has no divisions.

02 /

For the whole community.

Children, adolescents, families, coaches, club leaders and safeguarding leads.

03 /

Without financial barriers.

The app is free; joining the programme involves no fees or subscriptions.

ONE TOOL, MANY SETTINGS
ONE TOOL, MANY SETTINGS

Guidance is a first step. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility.

GR Safe Sport offers preventive information and guidance in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English. It helps people recognise potential concerns and identify appropriate resources or routes to support, depending on their context and country.

It is not restricted to grassroots sport: it can also support professional youth academies, high-performance pathways and federations.

HOW IT WORKS

A straightforward, practical and transparent collaboration.

01

Explore

An organisation reviews the application and its resources, without obligation.

02

Evaluate

Where appropriate, it tests the resources with its team and shares general feedback.

03

Share

If the tool is useful, it can voluntarily introduce it to young athletes, families and staff.

OUR COMMITMENTS

Collaboration is not accreditation.

GR Safe Sport offers guidance. It does not receive incident reports, investigate allegations or assign responsibility. It does not replace official reporting channels, safeguarding professionals or emergency services.

  • No participation fees
  • No exchange of children’s personal data or incident details
  • No automatic “safe club” badges or certifications
  • No published names or logos without permission
